The first time I took an AK! Dance class I couldn’t stop smiling, and I hate cardio! I couldn’t believe how much fun I was having while taking care of myself, in both mind and body. Amanda’s passion, joy, and truth is present and contagious in all she gives in her workouts. For the first time I look forward to moving my body everyday. As a mom- the AK! Fitness app JUST GETS IT. I love how you can do a quick search for the length of the workout you want, because sometimes you only can squeeze in 10 minutes! The workouts are high energy and always leave me feeling better than when I started. Fun fact: Kloots and I have birthday twins and gave birth to our babes just a month apart!

I cannot say enough good things about the AK! Fitness Subscription Series and App. Each class has something different to offer, whether it's coordinating dance steps or jumps with the rope, but no matter what you do, you can't help but smile the entire time. The workouts are challenging and effective at targeting the whole body, plus they are by far the most fun I’ve experienced in a class, ever!

I love that I can take the AK! Dance class or the AK! Rope class from wherever I am. As someone who travels a lot, it’s the best workout to have on the go. Plus it takes you from an average mood to smiling throughout the day.

What I love the most about the AK! Fitness subscription series & app is a delicious a la carte menu of exercise. You get to choose your perfect workout recipe for that day, whether it’s a full dance cardio class, or a combo of 6 minutes of arms and 10 minutes of rope. The options are endless and it’s truly motivating. Also, it's impossible not to feel amazing and smile with Amanda training you. She is the definition of positivity, strength, and love. She reminds me everyday to make myself as big as I can. She truly makes you feel like a star.
